The Cortesano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfonso Ceresoli should have stopped the shot. In the 83rd minute Cortesano were awarded a corner. Alfonso Rafe went to the cornerflag to take it. Cortesano's Alfonso Ceresoli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Di Santo in the 85th minute of play. After having played for 88 minutes, Flavio Tozzi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cortesano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavio Tozzi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Edès Mokuskà's Armin Santangelo got a free kick in the 90th minute.
