Francisco Corrêa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tamás Antal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute of the match, Ye De Bin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gábor Király was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 10th minute Tamás Antal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Corrêa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was a well-played corner which Bart van Goetsenhoven managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Újhartyán's Francisco Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Mees in the 17th minute of play. If Bart van Goetsenhoven had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute, Michal Mazurkiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38thth minute of the game Bart van Goetsenhoven who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Újhartyán's Francisco Corrêa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Francisco Corrêa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Mees, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After 43 minutes, Gerardo McMillan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Henter Somosd and the Újhartyán players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 43rd match minute, FC Henter Somosd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerardo McMillan to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bart van Goetsenhoven to strike the kick off in the second half. FC Henter Somosd's attentive Frank Mees managed to snatch the ball when Wu Xing Chao made a throw-in in the 86th minute of the game. After 91 minutes of play, Újhartyán's Olgun Bostan made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gábor Király was left in no man's land by his defense there! Újhartyán's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
