In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gradina United's goalkeeper Mihovil Jakiša, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Časlav Perak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 10th minute, Časlav Perak made a precise shot to the right of Mihovil Jakiša. Gradina United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Leopold Kara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Časlav Perak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihovil Jakiša having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Gradina United's zone, Leopold Kara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mihovil Jakiša came out of the goal and Leopold Kara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Gradina United's goalkeeper Mihovil Jakiša, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Gradina United's goal looked a bit too open when Leopold Kara came free, but Mihovil Jakiša reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute Emilijan Jambrišak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ljudevit Grgurović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leopold Kara struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Mihovil Jakiša didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fc 300 Svilaj. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Mihovil Jakiša showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopold Kara, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. If Leopold Kara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fc 300 Svilaj's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
