Joris Lahaye took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Casielles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaspard Gunther during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Joris Lahaye had in the 40thth minute some difficulties stopping Marcelo Casielles's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.

Marcelo Casielles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Joris Lahaye made a huge save. Ubaldo Rubio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romain Clapier in the 57th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Darren Greco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PMM2023 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 71 minutes into the match, PMM2023's goal looked a bit too open when Hamid Badier came free, but Ubaldo Rubio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamid Badier in the 74th minute of play forced PMM2023's goalkeeper Ubaldo Rubio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
