Spectators: 7522 (Terracing: 5642, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) Jindrich Gonder started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Akira Schobel came free with the goalkeeper in the 5th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Johannes Eichwald could save by the left post. Sandro Langer hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Johannes Eichwald was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Rodrigo Pfaff. Jindrich Gonder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Johannes Eichwald tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the game, Amatus Reh was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Kekospor 23's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nordrath the free kick. In the 17th match minute, FC Kekospor 23 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amatus Reh to maneuver through the defense. Jindrich Gonder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jörg Weiers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcel Tegtmeyer in the 22nd minute of play. Johannes Eichwald was a little too slow when Jindrich Gonder got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 1-0. If Jindrich Gonder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nordrath's Jörg Weiers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerhard LaRouche in the 43rd minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After a rather tough play, Nordrath's Wesley Matzkowski got a free kick in the 56th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Nordrath's zone, Marcel Tegtmeyer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jörg Weiers came out of the goal and Marcel Tegtmeyer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jindrich Gonder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 61 minutes, Toni Keirath mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Kekospor 23 and the Nordrath players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Nordrath booed when FC Kekospor 23 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toni Keirath didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johannes Eichwald took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jindrich Gonder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gerhard LaRouche could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Jörg Weiers made a huge save. Jindrich Gonder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Marcel Tegtmeyer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jörg Weiers was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. In the 73rd minute, Gerhard LaRouche reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jörg Weiers. The goal made the score 1-1. Akira Schobel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johannes Eichwald having to interfere. Sandro Langer charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sandro Langer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sandro Langer kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. If Jindrich Gonder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 86th minute, Rudolf Harloff hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute, Akira Schobel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Johannes Eichwald was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. FC Kekospor 23's Johannes Eichwald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jindrich Gonder in the 93rd minute of play.
