When Viktor Beimler came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Tomsi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viktor Beimler couldn't finish the play. Gottfried Jochimsen hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. 36 minutes into the match, Laake's Reinhold Höhne broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rupert Nimako was the one to do the kick off.
