Cleto Peyo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardo Novaes's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. When FK Řitka's Rubens da Silveira in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lex Academy's goalie prevented a goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernardo Novaes to strike the kick off in the second half. When Bernardo Novaes came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Lex Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Novaes couldn't finish the play.
