Francois Strebel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moon Night Fighter's Endrik Galliker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Gerber in the 24th minute of play. Fabrizio Fridli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the match, Moon Night Fighter's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrizio Fridli came free, but Endrik Galliker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artur Walter was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Bertel Czajkowski.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francois Strebel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Karakartal JK's zone, Carl Nannarone stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artur Walter came out of the goal and Carl Nannarone tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Moon Night Fighter getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Ivan Winkler hit a great ball. Karakartal JK's Francois Strebel got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lionel 柯景云 kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. With a little luck, Moon Night Fighter's Endrik Galliker got control of the ball when Francois Strebel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Philipp Bianchini charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Philipp Bianchini the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Karakartal JK booed when Moon Night Fighter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Philipp Bianchini didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francois Strebel in the 80th minute of play forced Moon Night Fighter's goalkeeper Endrik Galliker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matthias Zeiher's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Endrik Galliker read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. After 82 played minutes Moon Night Fighter got a freekick which was hit by Raí Cardoso. Artur Walter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Nannarone, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute, Karakartal JK's Denis Gerber ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Endrik Galliker. Endrik Galliker yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Artur Walter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Nannarone, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After 92 played minutes Moon Night Fighter got a freekick which was hit by Lionel 柯景云. Francois Strebel struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Endrik Galliker didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karakartal JK. After 95 minutes, Bertel Czajkowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Moon Night Fighter and the Karakartal JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Moon Night Fighter players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
