Black Jack's Ladislas Vittiger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maxime Geisseler in the 4th minute of play. Cameron Bargherr kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Thoralf Betz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ladislas Vittiger having to interfere. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Black Jack's goalkeeper Ladislas Vittiger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 12 minutes, Maxime Geisseler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Zürich's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maxime Geisseler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Claudius Wiesi struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Ladislas Vittiger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Zürich. When Thoralf Betz came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the FC Zürich fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thoralf Betz couldn't finish the play. Ladislas Vittiger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Schumacher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the match, Marc Jäggi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jared Labrie, 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Thoralf Betz managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Zürich's supporters rose to their feet, but Thoralf Betz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ladislas Vittiger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ladislas Vittiger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maxime Geisseler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute of the match, Nico Kohler got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jared Labrie was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 30 minutes into the match, Black Jack's goal looked a bit too open when Maxime Geisseler came free, but Ladislas Vittiger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cameron Bargherr kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Thoralf Betz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Ladislas Vittiger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of FC Zürich booed when Black Jack was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cameron Bargherr didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claudius Wiesi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ladislas Vittiger having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Thoralf Betz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ladislas Vittiger was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Thanks to some nice moves Nico Kohler could shoot a difficult shot in the 47th minute, which Jared Labrie however easily saved by the left post.

The wind increased when Marc Jäggi made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Marc Jäggi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Black Jack fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Jared Labrie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christophe Besse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thoralf Betz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maxime Geisseler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ladislas Vittiger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Jared Labrie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marc Jäggi in the 61st minute of the match. Thoralf Betz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ladislas Vittiger having to interfere. Ladislas Vittiger made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Maxime Geisseler sent off a good shot on target. FC Zürich's Thoralf Betz got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thoralf Betz in the 75th minute of play forced Black Jack's goalkeeper Ladislas Vittiger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Zürich were furious when Claudius Wiesi was red carded, 78 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, FC Zürich's Claudius Wiesi got a free kick in the 79th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Detlef Wirth notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of FC Zürich's Jared Labrie. Jared Labrie was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thoralf Betz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jared Labrie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marc Jäggi went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. The Black Jack support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
