Spectators: 9059 (Terracing: 6918, Seating: 2121, VIP seats: 20) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Charles Zacchia took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Charles Zacchia in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flemming Cavegn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Andre Despland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Andre Despland's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arndt Tittone read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Codrin Aldescu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arndt Tittone came out and tried to block the shot, but Codrin Aldescu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 11th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Andre Despland had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arndt Tittone. Bottens's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andre Despland was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Andre Despland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, Codrin Aldescu notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Bottens's Arndt Tittone. Arndt Tittone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Arndt Tittone came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Gucci United's Andre Despland. But to his dismay, Andre Despland quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Codrin Aldescu took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Arndt Tittone to make any attempt to save it. After 33 minutes, Andre Despland made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Bottens's Arndt Tittone tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Graciano Widenmeier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arndt Tittone was out of position in the 37 minute of play, and Andre Despland capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Andre Despland really showed his touch with that goal: 7-0. Gucci United's Andre Despland got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Flemming Cavegn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beltrame Arnold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andre Despland struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Arndt Tittone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gucci United. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Andre Despland made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Veltin Lucciotti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gucci United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Veltin Lucciotti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Andre Despland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nigel Lang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Arndt Tittone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arndt Tittone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andre Despland in the 59th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Andre Despland's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arndt Tittone was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. After 61 minutes of play Bottens's Karl Bleyer was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Bottens getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Karl Bleyer hit a great ball. If Andre Despland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Gucci United booed when Bottens was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beltrame Arnold didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute of the match Lukasz Drzewucki shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arndt Tittone showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bottens's zone, Andre Despland stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arndt Tittone came out of the goal and Andre Despland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 71st minute, Andre Despland ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arndt Tittone was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Graciano Widenmeier in the 75th minute of play forced Bottens's goalkeeper Arndt Tittone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 77 played minutes Bottens got a freekick which was hit by Charles Zacchia. In the 79th minute, Andre Despland left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gucci United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. After some careless play in the Bottens defense, Andre Despland kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arndt Tittone. The Bottens fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arndt Tittone should have stopped the shot. Veltin Lucciotti struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Arndt Tittone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gucci United. Gucci United were furious when Lukasz Drzewucki was red carded, 96 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 95th minute of the game. One of Gucci United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bottens:s goal.
