An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrik Lautsch in the 9th minute of play forced Valleu's goalkeeper Artur Linz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Obernussdorf FC's Fabian Schnitzler got a free kick in the 10th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Obernussdorf FC's zone, Sven-Hendrik Austermann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sascha Schmidhuber came out of the goal and Sven-Hendrik Austermann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Obernussdorf FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Christian Jakobe scored to the left of an out of position Sascha Schmidhuber, making the score, 1-0. A collision led to Obernussdorf FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Urs Still hit a great ball. Sascha Schmidhuber showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Hendrik Austermann, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Omar Bernebe took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 39th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sascha Schmidhuber. Obernussdorf FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 46th minute, Sven-Hendrik Austermann reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sascha Schmidhuber. The goal made the score 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arno Peternell was the one to do the kick off. The Valleu fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Valleu's Sven-Hendrik Austermann looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sven-Hendrik Austermann struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Sascha Schmidhuber didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valleu. Sascha Schmidhuber didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christian Jakobe went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Sascha Schmidhuber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Jakobe in the 82nd minute of the match. Artur Linz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viktor Lefering in the 86th minute of play. In the 91st minute Christian Jakobe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sascha Schmidhuber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Viktor Lefering got free with Artur Linz in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 96th minute, Obernussdorf FC's Patrik Lautsch dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-2.
