When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Manuel Diculescu put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Iosif Jder. 6 minutes into the match, Cornel Scorţea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iosif Jder. DOBRA Light's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cornel Scorţea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 12 minutes into the match, Davidestii's Dragoş Stoicănescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iosif Jder narrowly saved just below the crossbar. DOBRA Light's Iosif Jder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dragoş Stoicănescu in the 14th minute of play. Florin Petculescu took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iosif Jder. Iosif Jder dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Remus Graur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Mihail Mincă made a huge save. Manuel Diculescu kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. With a little luck, Davidestii's Mihail Mincă got control of the ball when Remus Graur tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 36th match minute, Davidestii was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornel Scorţea to maneuver through the defense. Remus Graurs short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Mihail Mincă to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After having played for 41 minutes, Florin Petculescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Davidestii's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florin Petculescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Florin Petculescu to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remus Graur in the 55th minute of play forced Davidestii's goalkeeper Mihail Mincă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iosif Jder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florin Petculescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dragoş Stoicănescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Iosif Jder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florin Petculescu in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iosif Jder saved DOBRA Light from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horia Jupân in the 69th minute of play forced Davidestii's goalkeeper Mihail Mincă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Horia Jupân had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Horia Copil kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, DOBRA Light's goal looked a bit too open when Florin Petculescu came free, but Iosif Jder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dragoş Stoicănescu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Iosif Jder skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dragoş Stoicănescu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Iosif Jder when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 83rd minute, Dragoş Stoicănescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iosif Jder was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Dragoş Stoicănescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iosif Jder having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Florin Petculescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iosif Jder was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. In the 94th minute, Dragoş Stoicănescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Davidestii fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Davidestii played a much better game than DOBRA Light and deserved their victory. The DOBRA Light players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
