Spectators: 5010 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Niculae Domuță started the match with the kick off. Marian Lupoi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciprian Bognar in the 3rd minute. After having played for 5 minutes, Viorel Tunaru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Simbrias's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viorel Tunaru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dumitru Muntean might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alin Covrig. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dumitru Muntean ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niculae Domuță in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alin Covrig saved FC Victoria Bordusani from getting behind. In the 16th minute Viorel Tunaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alin Covrig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Victoria Bordusani's Vlad Ardeleanu got a free kick in the 18th minute. Alin Covrig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niculae Domuță in the 27th minute of play. Ştefan Bucuță sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marian Lupoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ştefan Bucuță in the 31st minute of play. In the 31st minute, Iordache Tadici hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 33 minutes, Ştefan Bucuță managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Victoria Bordusani's Ciprian Bognar got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Marian Lupoi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ştefan Bucuță succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 47th playminute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ştefan Bucuță to strike the kick off in the second half. Iordache Tadici sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th match minute, Simbrias was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iordache Tadici to maneuver through the defense. If Ştefan Bucuță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute Ştefan Bucuță shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marian Lupoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Victoria Bordusani's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
