After 2 minutes, Victor Zota mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CSM ALEXANDRIA and the Real Mangalia - BTF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 3rd match minute, CSM ALEXANDRIA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Zota to maneuver through the defense. Airidas Brazauskas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Uwe Schram in the 4th minute of the match. Aristide Ciompec hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in CSM ALEXANDRIA's zone, Jens-Uwe Schram stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Airidas Brazauskas came out of the goal and Jens-Uwe Schram tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an all-out effort, Real Mangalia - BTF's Airidas Brazauskas threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jens-Uwe Schram, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, CSM ALEXANDRIA's Airidas Brazauskas got control of the ball when Leonel Eulers tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Jens-Uwe Schram managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Mangalia - BTF's supporters rose to their feet, but Jens-Uwe Schram was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Airidas Brazauskas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonel Eulers got free with Airidas Brazauskas in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, CSM ALEXANDRIA's Airidas Brazauskas got control of the ball when Paco Rabanera tried to sneak it across the goal line. CSM ALEXANDRIA's Airidas Brazauskas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save CSM ALEXANDRIA from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Airidas Brazauskas successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 27th match minute, CSM ALEXANDRIA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mihnea Harnagea to maneuver through the defense. After 29 played minutes CSM ALEXANDRIA got a freekick which was hit by Francisc Drăgoi. CSM ALEXANDRIA's Airidas Brazauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Uwe Schram in the 29th minute of play. Airidas Brazauskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Villegas in the 37th minute of play. After 38 played minutes Real Mangalia - BTF got a freekick which was hit by Peio Bouzas. A collision led to CSM ALEXANDRIA getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Mihnea Harnagea hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jens-Uwe Schram stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Jens-Uwe Schram had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Airidas Brazauskas. CSM ALEXANDRIA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jens-Uwe Schram was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After 60 minutes Real Mangalia - BTF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Olimpiu Hortopan who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on CSM ALEXANDRIA's corner Olimpiu Hortopan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ardahan Hiçyılmaz quite easily take care of the ball. The audience was convinced that Paco Rabanera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Airidas Brazauskas was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. In the 67th minute of the match Real Mangalia - BTF got a corner. CSM ALEXANDRIA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Codrin Zogreanu ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Real Mangalia - BTF's corner Codrin Zogreanu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Airidas Brazauskas quite easily take care of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jens-Uwe Schram in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Airidas Brazauskas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of CSM ALEXANDRIA booed when Real Mangalia - BTF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remus Sârbu didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Real Mangalia - BTF's Jens-Uwe Schram in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CSM ALEXANDRIA's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Real Mangalia - BTF booed when CSM ALEXANDRIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Zota didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Victor Zota had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CSM ALEXANDRIA's Airidas Brazauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Uwe Schram in the 94th minute of play. Leonel Eulers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Airidas Brazauskas having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Real Mangalia - BTF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
