Horia Barbosu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dacian Gaciu went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabin Cârstea in the 28th minute of play forced F.C. Sadjc's goalkeeper Horia Barbosu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horia Barbosu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Alberda in the 29th minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisc Mugur to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, F.C. Sadjc's goalkeeper Horia Barbosu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andrei Antoniu. In the 60th minute, Ioan Dascălu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oliver Alberda in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horia Barbosu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 72 minutes into the match, F.C. Sadjc's goalkeeper Horia Barbosu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andrei Antoniu. Horia Barbosu made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Ioan Dascălu sent off a good shot on target. Sadjc defense, Sabin Cârstea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Horia Barbosu. The F.C. Sadjc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horia Barbosu should have stopped the shot.
