The supporters of Poseidonas Glyfadas booed when Kamniα BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charilaos Simos didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonidas Dedes got free with Lakis Borovilos in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lakis Borovilos was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Charalambos Agritis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Charalambos Agritis really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After 14 minutes of play, Poseidonas Glyfadas's Leonidas Dedes made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lakis Borovilos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lakis Borovilos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charalambos Agritis, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Spyros Steliou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kleanthis Loukopoulos having to interfere. Vaggelis Kourbanas might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lakis Borovilos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vaggelis Kourbanas ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Poseidonas Glyfadas's Stamatis Bachaderoglou got a free kick in the 28th minute. Lakis Borovilos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonidas Dedes in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Leonidas Dedes notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Kamniα BC's Lakis Borovilos. Lakis Borovilos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lakis Borovilos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charalambos Agritis in the 44th minute of the match. Charalambos Agritis might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lakis Borovilos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Charalambos Agritis ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Lakis Borovilos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonidas Dedes in the 52nd minute of the match. Kostas Karagiannopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Lakis Borovilos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Leonard Pierz fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Poseidonas Glyfadas's protests and gave Leonard Pierz a yellow card for diving instead. But to his dismay, Charalambos Agritis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 71st minute Leonidas Dedes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lakis Borovilos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lakis Borovilos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonidas Dedes went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lakis Emmanouilidis during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 94th minute, Lakis Emmanouilidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Poseidonas Glyfadas had played much better football throughout.
