Hayyam Güngör showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Emrah Ruçhan in the 11th minute of the match. Yağız Oğuzhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th match minute, Ferencvárosi TC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tamer Kayan to maneuver through the defense. Hayyam Güngör showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Emrah Ruçhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute Yağız Oğuzhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hayyam Güngör saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 played minutes Üzümlü got a freekick which was hit by Sarper Uyguralp. Hayyam Güngör took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Hakan Kırgız, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Ferencvárosi TC's Tamer Kayan got a free kick in the 25th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Üzümlü's zone, Reha Güdeş stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Harun Batı came out of the goal and Reha Güdeş tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Üzümlü's Ahmet Harun Batı got control of the ball when Sezer Gökdoğan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dilmen Tezeren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Harun Batı having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Üzümlü's zone, Reha Güdeş stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Harun Batı came out of the goal and Reha Güdeş tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sezer Gökdoğan in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmet Harun Batı prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 54th match minute, Üzümlü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Hakan Kırgız to maneuver through the defense. Yağız Oğuzhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 60 minutes, Reha Güdeş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ferencvárosi TC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reha Güdeş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 61st minute, Reha Güdeş got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ferencvárosi TC's Sezer Gökdoğan in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Üzümlü's goalie prevented a goal. If Reha Güdeş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ferencvárosi TC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Utkan Zübeyr hit a great ball. Ahmet Harun Batı stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sezer Gökdoğan's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. 74 minutes into the game, Arif Bilge Baroğlu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Üzümlü's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ferencvárosi TC the free kick. A collision led to Üzümlü getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Arif Bilge Baroğlu hit a great ball. If Dilmen Tezeren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Üzümlü defense, Ahmet Ali Koçyiğit kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ahmet Harun Batı. The Üzümlü fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ahmet Harun Batı should have stopped the shot. Hayyam Güngör made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yağız Oğuzhan in the 86th minute. Sezer Gökdoğan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Üzümlü's Ahmet Harun Batı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dilmen Tezeren in the 90th minute of play. Sezer Gökdoğan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Arif Bilge Baroğlu was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 92 minutes had been played. 95 minutes into the match, Ferencvárosi TC's Sezer Gökdoğan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Harun Batı narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Sarper Uyguralp fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Üzümlü's protests and gave Sarper Uyguralp a yellow card for diving instead. After 95 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Üzümlü! When the referee ended the match the Ferencvárosi TC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
