Gürol Kutluay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mert Dilhun having to interfere. In the 4th match minute, Sorgun FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bayhan Uluçkan to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tugay Hamurcuoğlu in the 5th minute of play forced Sorgun FK's goalkeeper Mert Dilhun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Sorgun FK's Vahit Öztekin got a free kick in the 6th minute. Şerif Boğatekin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorukhan Uludağ having to interfere. Namık Kemal Salman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Dorukhan Uludağ tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Black Canary's zone, Namık Kemal Salman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dorukhan Uludağ came out of the goal and Namık Kemal Salman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bayhan Uluçkan during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 20th match minute, Sorgun FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bayhan Uluçkan to maneuver through the defense. When Black Canary's Gürol Kutluay in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sorgun FK's goalie prevented a goal. When Gürol Kutluay came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Black Canary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gürol Kutluay couldn't finish the play. Gürol Kutluay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gürol Kutluay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gürol Kutluay struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Mert Dilhun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Black Canary. Mert Dilhun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tugay Hamurcuoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Namık Kemal Salman scored 1-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dorukhan Uludağ, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 58th minute, Ceyhan Saruhan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Black Canary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After some careless play in the Sorgun FK defense, Tugay Hamurcuoğlu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mert Dilhun. The Sorgun FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mert Dilhun should have stopped the shot. Mert Dilhun was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Genco Mümtaz. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tugay Hamurcuoğlu got free with Mert Dilhun in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 81st minute Gürol Kutluay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mert Dilhun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gürol Kutluay in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mert Dilhun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tugay Hamurcuoğlu got free with Mert Dilhun in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gürol Kutluay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Mert Dilhun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tugay Hamurcuoğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Mert Dilhun made a huge save. Sorgun FK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ahmet Seyfi Baliç 96 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3.
