Tolga Yazır showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Gündüz Çağkar in the 15th minute of the match. If Ahmet Gündüz Çağkar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, Onuralp Terim reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Macit Nurbaki. The goal made the score 1-0. Macit Nurbaki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Onuralp Terim in the 28th minute of play. Onuralp Terim might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Macit Nurbaki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Onuralp Terim ran back to his position shaking his head. Onuralp Terim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Arif Egemen Baldemir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute, Onuralp Terim fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Macit Nurbaki, passed just outside the right post. When Arif Egemen Baldemir fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ｋ Ａ Ｙ Ｉ's protests and gave Arif Egemen Baldemir a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ｋ Ａ Ｙ Ｉ getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Arif Egemen Baldemir hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Lodos FC's Baycan Refah got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ｋ Ａ Ｙ Ｉ's Tolga Yazır proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Ｋ Ａ Ｙ Ｉ from getting a goal against them. If Arif Egemen Baldemir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 3-1 became the score in the 93rd minute when Onuralp Terim elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ｋ Ａ Ｙ Ｉ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Lodos FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
