Şerif Filiz kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Akgün Çerağ recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mert Dilhun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timur Nuratay in the 7th minute of the match. In the 8th minute Akgün Çerağ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mert Dilhun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th match minute, Cibali was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ceyhun Gülsoy to maneuver through the defense. Sorgun FK's Şerif Boğatekin got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee gave Cibali a penalty, 14 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ahmet Koralp Kutertan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sorgun FK's Mert Dilhun. 0-1. Namık Kemal Salman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ender Tekiner read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Mert Dilhun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Akgün Çerağ in the 19th minute of the match. Ender Tekiner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şerif Boğatekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lefter Boratay hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Şerif Boğatekin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ender Tekiner having to interfere. Vahit Öztekin charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vahit Öztekin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vahit Öztekin hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 27 minutes into the match, Cibali's Ahmet Koralp Kutertan broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Lefter Boratay charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lefter Boratay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Sorgun FK booed when Cibali was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lefter Boratay didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 30 minutes, Şerif Boğatekin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sorgun FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Şerif Boğatekin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vahit Öztekin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Namık Kemal Salman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ender Tekiner having to interfere. Mert Dilhun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Akgün Çerağ, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Bayhan Uluçkan fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sorgun FK's protests and gave Bayhan Uluçkan a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Sorgun FK's Bayhan Uluçkan got a free kick in the 44th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Akgün Çerağ stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vahit Öztekin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ender Tekiner having to make a save. If Namık Kemal Salman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Namık Kemal Salman in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ender Tekiner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mert Dilhun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Akgün Çerağ, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Namık Kemal Salman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Ender Tekiner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Namık Kemal Salman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Cibali's Ceyhun Gülsoy got a free kick in the 81st minute. Mert Dilhun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Akgün Çerağ in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Akgün Çerağ in the 87th minute of play forced Sorgun FK's goalkeeper Mert Dilhun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Cibali's goal looked a bit too open when Bayhan Uluçkan came free, but Ender Tekiner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ender Tekiner didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Şerif Boğatekin went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Sorgun FK were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
