After a defensive mix-up in Demirbilekspor's zone, Erhan Doğan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ulaş Nasrullah came out of the goal and Erhan Doğan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The attack was good, but when Hakkı Devrim Ezelhan in the 22nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Mürsel Cansoy kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. The supporters of Demirbilekspor booed when Nevsehir JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Nevsehir JK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
