But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Seyhan Ülküm couldn't finish the play. After having played for 44 minutes, Halit Fahri Sadi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fethiye FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Halit Fahri Sadi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fuat Afşar was the one to do the kick off. Samim Yöntem made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Abdi Başat sent off a good shot on target. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
