Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Halit Fahri Sadi kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Fethiye FK booed when İstanbul United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Muhittin Muhtar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 6 minutes into the match, İstanbul United's goal looked a bit too open when Seyhan Ülküm came free, but Bahadır Uyun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samim Yöntem came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by İstanbul United's Ahmet Arif Timuroz. But to his dismay, Ahmet Arif Timuroz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The audience was convinced that Halit Fahri Sadi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bahadır Uyun was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Ahmet Arif Timuroz struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Samim Yöntem didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for İstanbul United. In the 22ndth minute of the game Seyhan Ülküm who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but İstanbul United's Bahadır Uyun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Seyhan Ülküm, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 24 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Bahadır Uyun was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Samim Yöntem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tarkan Özdoa in the 27th minute of the match. Samim Yöntem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tarkan Özdoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bahadır Uyun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Seyhan Ülküm, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. If Halit Fahri Sadi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd match minute, İstanbul United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atay Balabey to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Seyhan Ülküm in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bahadır Uyun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 41st minute, Seyhan Ülküm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bahadır Uyun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Halit Fahri Sadi, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Selçuk Avcıoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 45th minute Seyhan Ülküm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bahadır Uyun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Halit Fahri Sadi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fethiye FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Halit Fahri Sadi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bahadır Uyun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bahadır Uyun didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 56th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Halit Fahri Sadi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Seyhan Ülküm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bahadır Uyun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Halit Fahri Sadi in the 76th minute of play. Halit Fahri Sadi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bahadır Uyun having to interfere. After 78 minutes, Atay Balabey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the İstanbul United and the Fethiye FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Atay Balabey hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Halit Fahri Sadi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fethiye FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Halit Fahri Sadi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fethiye FK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
