Bayhan Koçak's late challenge caught a İstanbul United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bayhan Koçak helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of İstanbul United booed when Ultraslan FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bayhan Koçak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atay Balabey kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Burak Karaca kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Koray İksir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bahadır Uyun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Koray İksir's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Koray İksir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bahadır Uyun having to interfere. Bahadır Uyun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bayhan Koçak in the 30th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the game, Atay Balabey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. İstanbul United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ultraslan FK the free kick. Bahadır Uyun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koray İksir, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After the first half Ultraslan FK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tarkan Özdoa made a kick off. Kudret Kuyas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tarkan Özdoa in the 54th minute of play. During the 61st minute of the match Atay Balabey completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Atay Balabey a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After recieving a nice pass, Ultraslan FK's Samir Sabit tried to score from far away in the 62nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Bahadır Uyun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koray İksir, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Koray İksir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Bahadır Uyun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ahmet Arif Timuroz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tarkan Özdoa came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the İstanbul United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tarkan Özdoa couldn't finish the play. 79 minutes into the match, İstanbul United's goal looked a bit too open when Koray İksir came free, but Bahadır Uyun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bayhan Koçak in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bahadır Uyun, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Bahadır Uyun made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Bayhan Koçak sent off a good shot on target.
