Savaş Suheyl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sadettin Nadir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 7th match minute, Feneryolu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferman Ustam to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute, Ferman Ustam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Cakabey's Cihat Baltaş tried to score from far away in the 10th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After having played for 12 minutes, Günay Dilşah managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cakabey's supporters crossed their fingers, but Günay Dilşah was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Savaş Suheyl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saip Pekşen in the 20th minute of play. Tolga Durhal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Savaş Suheyl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Savaş Suheyl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saip Pekşen, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. If Tolga Durhal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, Saip Pekşen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Savaş Suheyl. Cakabey's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Saip Pekşen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Savaş Suheyl came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Feneryolu's Saip Pekşen. But to his dismay, Saip Pekşen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Saip Pekşen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute, Ferman Ustam fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Savaş Suheyl, passed just outside the right post. Savaş Suheyl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sabahattin Gence in the 64th minute. Nurettin Başkara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Günay Dilşah in the 67th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Ferman Ustam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the match, Feneryolu's Tolga Durhal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Savaş Suheyl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Saip Pekşen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Savaş Suheyl having to interfere. Saip Pekşen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Savaş Suheyl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Cakabey's goalkeeper Savaş Suheyl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Saip Pekşen. When İldeniz Gence fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cakabey's protests and gave İldeniz Gence a yellow card for diving instead. In the 90th minute, İldeniz Gence hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Günay Dilşah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nurettin Başkara having to interfere. Feneryolu played a much better game than Cakabey and deserved their victory. The Cakabey players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
