Kocasinan's Vecdet Nevruz got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vecdet Nevruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Osman Nuri Zirve tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After a rather tough play, Finike FK's Fethi Koçhan got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Vecdet Nevruz might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Osman Nuri Zirve. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vecdet Nevruz ran back to his position shaking his head. If Sezai Baransel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 86th minute of the game. One of Finike FK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kocasinan:s goal. With a little luck, Finike FK's Osman Nuri Zirve got control of the ball when Vecdet Nevruz tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Finike FK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kocasinan were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
