Spectators: 7215 (Terracing: 5412, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) Namık Kemal Rüştü started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doğaner Ilgaz in the 3rd minute of play forced Akays FC's goalkeeper Özkan Tura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Serter Hakim came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Carsibasi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serter Hakim couldn't finish the play. 9 minutes into the game, Ahmet Arif Taymaz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Özkan Tura was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 13 minutes, Serter Hakim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carsibasi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serter Hakim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 15 played minutes Akays FC got a freekick which was hit by İlker Yeğiner. Özkan Tura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doğaner Ilgaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orkun Suhan got free with Artun Bakırhan in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 27 minutes, Bayezit Kutberk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carsibasi and the Akays FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 27 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Carsibasi! In the 29th minute there was a penalty for Akays FC. Gürsel Onul stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Artun Bakırhan. 1-1. 33 minutes into the match, Akays FC's goal looked a bit too open when Özgür Kerem came free, but Özkan Tura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Akays FC's zone, Özgür Kerem stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Özkan Tura came out of the goal and Özgür Kerem tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Serter Hakim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Akays FC's zone, Serter Hakim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Özkan Tura came out of the goal and Serter Hakim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Serter Hakim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Doğaner Ilgaz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Orkun Suhan came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Akays FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orkun Suhan couldn't finish the play. Özkan Tura made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Serter Hakim sent off a good shot on target. If Orkun Suhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Carsibasi's Serter Hakim slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Özkan Tura. That made the score 1-2 after 74 minutes of play. 82 minutes into the match, Akays FC's goalkeeper Özkan Tura had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Serter Hakim. Serter Hakim was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 87th minute. Carsibasi's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Akays FC's goalkeeper Özkan Tura, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Carsibasi's Artun Bakırhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orkun Suhan in the 95th minute of play. Namık Kemal Rüştü took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Artun Bakırhan. Artun Bakırhan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Carsibasi were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
