The crowd rose to their feet as Ömer Rıza Sabri kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emran Özbekkan. That made the score 1-1 in the 17 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ömer Rıza Sabri got free with Emran Özbekkan in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. NiKOMEDiA FC's Sait Altuncuoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eyüp Özçınar in the 22nd minute of play. If Eyüp Özçınar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, Seyit Öktem made a precise shot to the right of Sait Altuncuoğlu. NiKOMEDiA FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2.
