In the 13thth minute of the game Şükrü Uyarel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mizik Spor's Alican Uçma was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alican Uçma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gökçek Eraltay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Gökçek Eraltay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tarkan Işınsu hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gökçek Eraltay couldn't finish the play. The Lapseki fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Lapseki's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
