Ant Tutkun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebati Delfin in the 6th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ediz Uygu got free with Ant Tutkun in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ediz Uygu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baysal Tecik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fadıl Gürgan in the 12th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Sercan Akdemir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebati Delfin in the 27th minute of play forced RiverPlate's goalkeeper Ant Tutkun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sebati Delfin came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Kas SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebati Delfin couldn't finish the play. RiverPlate's Ant Tutkun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save RiverPlate from getting a goal against them. 48 minutes into the game, Müjdat Topay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kas SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RiverPlate the free kick. Müjdat Topay kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 53rd minute, Ediz Uygu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ant Tutkun was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebati Delfin in the 57th minute of play forced RiverPlate's goalkeeper Ant Tutkun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ediz Uygu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Ant Tutkun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ant Tutkun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ediz Uygu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 75 minutes, Ediz Uygu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kas SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ediz Uygu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ant Tutkun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebati Delfin in the 78th minute of play. Sebati Delfin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ediz Uygu hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Kas SK defense, Fadıl Gürgan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baysal Tecik. The Kas SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baysal Tecik should have stopped the shot. RiverPlate's Ant Tutkun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ediz Uygu in the 92nd minute of play. Sebati Delfin struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Ant Tutkun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kas SK. Kas SK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
