The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ceyhan Cangiray kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After 9 played minutes FC Kratos got a freekick which was hit by Reşat Toydemir. Yağız Akkın showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kuddusî Levent in the 12th minute of the match. Hıdır Çetinalp didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 14th minute. Melikgazi's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Hıdır Çetinalp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Melikgazi's supporters rose to their feet, but Hıdır Çetinalp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tunç Gümüş breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 21 minutes into the game, Hıdır Çetinalp recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tunç Gümüş. Hıdır Çetinalp showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Melikgazi's Ceyhan Cangiray got a free kick in the 29th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hıdır Çetinalp in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tunç Gümüş prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Genco Özdek kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After 44 played minutes FC Kratos got a freekick which was hit by Reşat Toydemir. 45 minutes into the match, FC Kratos's goalkeeper Tunç Gümüş had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Genco Özdek.

The wind increased when Hıdır Çetinalp made the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Hıdır Çetinalp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Kratos's Tunç Gümüş was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 56 minutes into the game, Hıdır Çetinalp cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Tunç Gümüş was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 60 played minutes Melikgazi got a freekick which was hit by Ceyhan Cangiray. In the 67th minute Hıdır Çetinalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tunç Gümüş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bumin Sonat's late challenge caught a Melikgazi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bumin Sonat helped the player get up and apologised. Bumin Sonat kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Hıdır Çetinalp put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tunç Gümüş. Hıdır Çetinalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceyhan Cangiray in the 90th minute of play forced FC Kratos's goalkeeper Tunç Gümüş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
