Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ruhi Hendekli started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th match minute, BEŞİKTAŞ JK İSTANBUL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sarp Uluberk to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Fikret Şahinalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erol İklim, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Artvin's Erol İklim got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Ayberk Koryürek came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Artvin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ayberk Koryürek couldn't finish the play. Erol İklim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Ahmet Fikret Şahinalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sami Ferhat in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmet Fikret Şahinalp saved BEŞİKTAŞ JK İSTANBUL from getting behind. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

With a little luck, BEŞİKTAŞ JK İSTANBUL's Ahmet Fikret Şahinalp got control of the ball when Erol İklim tried to sneak it across the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Erol İklim was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Erol İklim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Fikret Şahinalp having to interfere. Ruhi Hendekli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Aktaç Mansur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Artvin could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than BEŞİKTAŞ JK İSTANBUL throughout the match.
