Spectators: 6350 (Terracing: 4800, Seating: 1450, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kadir Saykal kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kadir Saykal in the 3rd minute of play forced Cicikuş's goalkeeper Atilla Tarkan Taran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atilla Tarkan Taran came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Arac's Kadir Saykal. But to his dismay, Kadir Saykal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Atilla Tarkan Taran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taci Elmastaş in the 9th minute of the match. A throw-in in the 10th minute of the game was made by Ardahan Reşan with Cordeal España as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Gencalp Sözen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celalettin Buminhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gencalp Sözen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aras Tekke, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute Celalettin Buminhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gencalp Sözen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 minutes, Kadir Saykal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arac and the Cicikuş players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Arac's Kadir Saykal got a free kick in the 18th minute. Muammer Çalımbay charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Muammer Çalımbay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd minute, Muammer Çalımbay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute Aras Tekke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gencalp Sözen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celalettin Buminhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gencalp Sözen having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Ardahan Reşan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. During the 30th minute of the match Muammer Çalımbay completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Muammer Çalımbay a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 31st match minute, Arac was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Muammer Çalımbay to maneuver through the defense. Arac's Gencalp Sözen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeki Sabih in the 32nd minute of play. Gencalp Sözen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nurettin Boranalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the game, Celalettin Buminhan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Gencalp Sözen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 41 minutes into the match, Arac's Nusrettin Cambaz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Atilla Tarkan Taran narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 42nd minute, Nusrettin Cambaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 44 played minutes Arac got a freekick which was hit by Kadir Saykal. Gencalp Sözen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aras Tekke, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zeki Sabih to make the kick off. A collision led to Arac getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Arslan İbrahimoğlu hit a great ball. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Arac's goalkeeper Gencalp Sözen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gencalp Sözen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeki Sabih, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the game, one of Arac:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Gencalp Sözen went to the wrong direction when Ardahan Reşan was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After 57 played minutes Zeki Sabih rounded Arac's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. In the 67th minute of the match, Zeki Sabih tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gencalp Sözen saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gencalp Sözen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ardahan Reşan, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Ardahan Reşan got a throw-in 72 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Zeki Sabih. 74 minutes into the match, Arac's goal looked a bit too open when Celalettin Buminhan came free, but Gencalp Sözen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Arac's Nusrettin Cambaz got a free kick in the 74th minute. Arac's Gencalp Sözen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Arac from getting a goal against them. 79 minutes into the match, Arac's goalkeeper Gencalp Sözen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cordeal España. 85 minutes into the game, Cicikuş's Celalettin Buminhan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gencalp Sözen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. Emirhan Duyar hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Celalettin Buminhan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Gencalp Sözen made a huge save. Taci Elmastaş charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Taci Elmastaş the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Cicikuş booed when Arac was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Taci Elmastaş didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gencalp Sözen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nurettin Boranalp in the 94th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the match, Celalettin Buminhan notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Arac's Gencalp Sözen. Gencalp Sözen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cicikuş's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
