Kumluca FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kunter Fidan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Ekber Özatay came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Hocalar FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ekber Özatay couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Hocalar FK booed when Kumluca FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çağlar Önel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ekber Özatay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Ali Baran Rafet made a huge save.

Ekber Özatay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ali Baran Rafet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. If Kunter Fidan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th match minute, Hocalar FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baykam Lokman to maneuver through the defense. Baki Hasankeyf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eralp Kaynak having to interfere. Hocalar FK's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
