The crowd rose to their feet as Dursunbey's Halil Hacıbeyoğlu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tuğrul Sanal. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. Akgün İşçen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tuğrul Sanal having to interfere. In the 15th minute Mevlüt Hanedan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tuğrul Sanal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esat Tosunoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vural Macit recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tuğrul Sanal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esat Tosunoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vural Macit in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg İbrahim Ethem Salur saved Dursunbey from getting behind. A collision led to ERTUĞRUL SPOR getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Osman Onuker hit a great ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baransel Akbuğ to make the kick off. When Vural Macit came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the ERTUĞRUL SPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vural Macit couldn't finish the play. In the 54th match minute, Dursunbey was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esat Tosunoğlu to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute, Vural Macit got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Atilla Kağan Tunçbay fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ERTUĞRUL SPOR's protests and gave Atilla Kağan Tunçbay a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, ERTUĞRUL SPOR's Atilla Kağan Tunçbay got a free kick in the 59th minute. A collision led to Dursunbey getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Akgün İşçen hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Songurbey Ünver's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tuğrul Sanal was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Dursunbey's Akgün İşçen got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 74 played minutes ERTUĞRUL SPOR got a freekick which was hit by Atilla Kağan Tunçbay. ERTUĞRUL SPOR's Tuğrul Sanal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mevlüt Hanedan in the 77th minute of play. Songurbey Ünver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, ERTUĞRUL SPOR's Atilla Kağan Tunçbay got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 87th minute Songurbey Ünver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tuğrul Sanal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tuğrul Sanal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Songurbey Ünver, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After 95 played minutes Dursunbey got a freekick which was hit by Halil Hacıbeyoğlu. Dursunbey were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
