Breno Cerezo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Bahattin Akboğa made a huge save. Köksal Olguner hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute of the match Ubaldo Corderall sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Şinasi Balkır skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, ・❥・⚘☾Voltorb☽⚘・❥・'s Köksal Olguner got a free kick in the 25th minute. ・❥・⚘☾Voltorb☽⚘・❥・'s Şinasi Balkır played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arndt Zeiss in the 26th minute of play. Nazil Tanzer's late challenge caught a ・❥・⚘☾Voltorb☽⚘・❥・'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nazil Tanzer helped the player get up and apologised. Battal Gazi Şahinkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bahattin Akboğa having to interfere. Şinasi Balkır showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İsmail Orhun Şentürk in the 41st minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Battal Gazi Şahinkan to make the kick off. Bahattin Akboğa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Breno Cerezo's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute.
