Ahmet Hasan Hilal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Atabek Derinöz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Ferman Tunçkurt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Resul Özkoc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceyhan Şiraz in the 15th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Kömürspor's Halil İbrahim Çetinay got a free kick in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ata Şahinoğlu in the 24th minute of play forced Kömürspor's goalkeeper Resul Özkoc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the game, Eşref Yalçuk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arnavutköy Belediye Spor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kömürspor the free kick. The supporters of Kömürspor booed when Arnavutköy Belediye Spor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eşref Yalçuk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kömürspor's Atabek Derinöz got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ali Berkant Safvetullah charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 28 played minutes Arnavutköy Belediye Spor got a freekick which was hit by Ali Berkant Safvetullah. Arnavutköy Belediye Spor's Ferman Tunçkurt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Kutsi Çelenk in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute Özer Ongay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Resul Özkoc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute, Ahmet Hasan Hilal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ferman Tunçkurt was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Özer Ongay received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Resul Özkoc came out and tried to block the shot, but Özer Ongay slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 43rd minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
After a defensive mix-up in Arnavutköy Belediye Spor's zone, Atabek Derinöz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ferman Tunçkurt came out of the goal and Atabek Derinöz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnavutköy Belediye Spor's Ferman Tunçkurt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Arnavutköy Belediye Spor from getting a goal against them. If Ahmet Hasan Hilal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferdi Demirtaş charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ferdi Demirtaş the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 56 played minutes Arnavutköy Belediye Spor got a freekick which was hit by Ferdi Demirtaş. When Kömürspor's Ahmet Kutsi Çelenk in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee gave Ali Berkant Safvetullah a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 73rd minute, one of Arnavutköy Belediye Spor:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Arnavutköy Belediye Spor. In the 80th minute, Baran Alp Kayansel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the match, Kömürspor's Ahmet Kutsi Çelenk broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 84th minute, Kömürspor's Kunter Şatıroğlu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Ahmet Kutsi Çelenk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. In the 96th minute, Ferdi Demirtaş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Arnavutköy Belediye Spor fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kömürspor were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
