Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 7 minutes, Türker Ersavaş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kozan SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Türker Ersavaş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Özen Tengiroğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kozan SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Özen Tengiroğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cankut Ertüze breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 16 minutes into the game, Vacib Nasr recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kurtuluş Urandu. Vacib Nasr showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 19th match minute, Sezai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Selçuk Sefir to maneuver through the defense. Türker Ersavaş struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Cankut Ertüze didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kozan SK. Bahri Kadrettin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cankut Ertüze having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Ataol İlsev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Türker Ersavaş recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sezai's Cankut Ertüze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Türker Ersavaş in the 36th minute of play. Vacib Nasr might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kurtuluş Urandu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vacib Nasr ran back to his position shaking his head. Kozan SK's Kurtuluş Urandu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Kozan SK from getting a goal against them. Özen Tengiroğlu hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Türker Ersavaş made the kick off in the second half. Tuncay Süleyman hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Sezai's Cankut Ertüze got control of the ball when Türker Ersavaş tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 54th minute, Ataol İlsev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cankut Ertüze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cüneyd Taçyıldız in the 55th minute of the match. Erbatur Acıbadem's late challenge caught a Kozan SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erbatur Acıbadem helped the player get up and apologised. Kozan SK's Uğur Resai was substituted for Türker Ersavaş. The supporters of Kozan SK booed when Sezai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erbatur Acıbadem didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Kozan SK's Bahri Kadrettin tried to score from far away in the 59th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cüneyd Taçyıldız in the 71st minute of play forced Sezai's goalkeeper Cankut Ertüze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the match, Kozan SK's goal looked a bit too open when Vacib Nasr came free, but Kurtuluş Urandu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Uğur Resai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th match minute, Sezai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Selçuk Sefir to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vacib Nasr in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kurtuluş Urandu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Uğur Resai got free with Cankut Ertüze in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kozan SK were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
