Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Demetevler's Mecnun Şirzat started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, EsenlerSpor's Ali Kürşat Demirkan got control of the ball when Erdoğan Serafet tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 5th minute of the game. One of EsenlerSpor:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Demetevler:s goal. Ali Kürşat Demirkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mecnun Şirzat in the 8th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Léo Neves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mustafa Necati Taif was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mecnun Şirzat in the 15th minute of play forced EsenlerSpor's goalkeeper Ali Kürşat Demirkan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Demetevler getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Mecnun Şirzat hit a great ball. Ali Kürşat Demirkan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erdoğan Serafet in the 22nd minute. In the 25th match minute, Demetevler was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Muhittin Bağışhan to maneuver through the defense. Ali Kürşat Demirkan was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Erdoğan Serafet capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Erdoğan Serafet really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. The supporters of Demetevler booed when EsenlerSpor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Ege Ünver didn't get a good kick on the ball. Macit Burçak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

In the 67th minute Erdoğan Serafet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Kürşat Demirkan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Demetevler's Erdoğan Serafet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ali Kürşat Demirkan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 72ndth minute of the game Mecnun Şirzat who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EsenlerSpor's Ali Kürşat Demirkan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ahmet Ege Ünver got his second yellow card in the match during the 74th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a defensive mix-up in Demetevler's zone, Ali Baran Kirtekin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mustafa Necati Taif came out of the goal and Ali Baran Kirtekin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the EsenlerSpor defense, Erdoğan Serafet kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ali Kürşat Demirkan. The EsenlerSpor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ali Kürşat Demirkan should have stopped the shot. Yavuz Bülent Bostancı hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. EsenlerSpor's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
