Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Türker Ersavaş started the match with the kick off. Türker Ersavaş struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Cankut Ertüze didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kozan SK. Vacib Nasr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Kurtuluş Urandu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Hakan Özertan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vacib Nasr in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kurtuluş Urandu saved Kozan SK from getting behind. 13 minutes into the match, Kozan SK's goal looked a bit too open when Vefa Turgay came free, but Kurtuluş Urandu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sezai's Selçuk Sefir got a free kick in the 18th minute. Kurtuluş Urandu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vacib Nasr in the 21st minute of play. Kurtuluş Urandu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vacib Nasr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bahri Kadrettin struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Cankut Ertüze didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kozan SK. Kurtuluş Urandu came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Sezai's Vefa Turgay. But to his dismay, Vefa Turgay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 44 minutes of play, Sezai's Vefa Turgay made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kurtuluş Urandu was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Cankut Ertüze came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Kozan SK's Türker Ersavaş. But to his dismay, Türker Ersavaş quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 67th minute, Türker Ersavaş left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kozan SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Sezai's Cankut Ertüze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Türker Ersavaş in the 72nd minute of play. Bahri Kadrettin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Cankut Ertüze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erbatur Acıbadem's late challenge caught a Kozan SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erbatur Acıbadem helped the player get up and apologised. Erbatur Acıbadem kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 79th minute of the match Türker Ersavaş shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cankut Ertüze showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kurtuluş Urandu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vefa Turgay in the 86th minute of play. Kurtuluş Urandu came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Sezai's Vacib Nasr. But to his dismay, Vacib Nasr quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. After some careless play in the Sezai defense, Türker Ersavaş kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cankut Ertüze. The Sezai fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cankut Ertüze should have stopped the shot. Sezai succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Kozan SK had controlled the match.
