The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Tarbaz FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Aybars Bozkaya hit a great ball. In the 6th minute, Fehmi Doğay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Fehmi Doğay put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gürkan Özalpman. In the 18th minute Vahap Yahya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gürkan Özalpman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fehmi Doğay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fehmi Doğay struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Gürkan Özalpman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cassiope SK. Fehmi Doğay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gürkan Özalpman having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Fehmi Doğay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tarbaz FC's Gürkan Özalpman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fehmi Doğay in the 35th minute of play. Fehmi Doğay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Gürkan Özalpman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Vahap Yahya had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gürkan Özalpman. Tarbaz FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vahap Yahya was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Gürkan Özalpman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fehmi Doğay in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th match minute, Cassiope SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rüstem Memduh to maneuver through the defense. The Tarbaz FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cassiope SK were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fehmi Doğay to strike the kick off in the second half. Tarbaz FC's Gürkan Özalpman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fehmi Doğay in the 56th minute of play. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tarbaz FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fehmi Doğay was slow to take the kick. During this time Cassiope SK's players had a chance to rest. At last the ball reached Alican Semin at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Tarbaz FC. 0-3. In the 61st minute, Atahan Tokuztuğ hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute, Fehmi Doğay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fehmi Doğay in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gürkan Özalpman saved Tarbaz FC from getting behind. Cassiope SK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
