In the 24th match minute, Cassiope SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Selami Serkut to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Abdulmelik Dervişoğlu put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Vefa Perkin. In the 28th minute, Emran Akbaşak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Vahap Yahya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. Emran Akbaşak charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emran Akbaşak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fehmi Doğay to strike the kick off in the second half. Senesevler's Giray Sayar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vahap Yahya in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Arman Özaltan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vefa Perkin. Cassiope SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arman Özaltan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Fehmi Doğay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Cassiope SK's Doğaner Kutuner got a free kick in the 64th minute. Abdulmelik Dervişoğlu struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Vefa Perkin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Senesevler. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fehmi Doğay in the 68th minute of play forced Senesevler's goalkeeper Giray Sayar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fehmi Doğay in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Giray Sayar saved Senesevler from getting behind. Senesevler's Giray Sayar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fehmi Doğay in the 77th minute of play. A collision led to Senesevler getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Arman Özaltan hit a great ball. Yusuf Ziya Kotuz hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abdulmelik Dervişoğlu in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vefa Perkin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 85 played minutes Senesevler got a freekick which was hit by Yusuf Ziya Kotuz. Vahap Yahya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Giray Sayar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Senesevler's Giray Sayar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fehmi Doğay in the 90th minute of play. After 92 played minutes Cassiope SK got a freekick which was hit by Fehmi Doğay. After a defensive mix-up in Senesevler's zone, Fehmi Doğay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giray Sayar came out of the goal and Fehmi Doğay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Giray Sayar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vahap Yahya, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Many of Cassiope SK's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Cassiope SK may have spent more time on the ball, but Senesevler were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
