An unexpectedly hard shot by Vefa Yerhum in the 6th minute of play forced Karatas's goalkeeper Cristo Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kağan Rıza's late challenge caught a Karatas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kağan Rıza helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th match minute, Küçükçekmece SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kağan Rıza to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the game, Cevher Siret was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karatas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Küçükçekmece SK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Karatas's Cevher Siret got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute, Ahmet Asım Yalazan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Utku Öztunç in the 19th minute of play forced Küçükçekmece SK's goalkeeper Niki Brashnarov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 23 minutes, Ahmet Asım Yalazan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Küçükçekmece SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Asım Yalazan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th minute, Utku Öztunç fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 31 played minutes Küçükçekmece SK got a freekick which was hit by Vefa Yerhum. Ahmet Asım Yalazan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Barros having to interfere. Ahmet Asım Yalazan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Cristo Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mustafa Ekrem Koytak kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Olgun Bircanoğlu hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mustafa Ekrem Koytak in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Niki Brashnarov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Karatas booed when Küçükçekmece SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Asım Yalazan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 48 minutes into the game, Karatas's Mustafa Ekrem Koytak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niki Brashnarov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Utku Öztunç hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Cristo Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Asım Yalazan in the 63rd minute of play. Niki Brashnarov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Ekrem Koytak in the 69th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Asım Yalazan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristo Barros was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Cristo Barros was a little too slow when Ahmet Ceyhan Huzur got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 1-2. In the 84th minute, Ahmet Ceyhan Huzur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmet Ceyhan Huzur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Barros having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
