After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Güner Ulu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yesilköy SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Güner Ulu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tahir Bayezit breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Yesilköy SK booed when YILDIZ FOOTBALL CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Haydar İrfanoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the YILDIZ FOOTBALL CLUB defense, Kuddusî Aytolun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tahir Bayezit. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Yesilköy SK reached it. If Güner Ulu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute, YILDIZ FOOTBALL CLUB's Numan Onuk ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ali Atıf Asya. Ali Atıf Asya yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Tahir Bayezit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kuddusî Aytolun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute, Atalay Nihat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 37 played minutes, YILDIZ FOOTBALL CLUB's Mustafa Haydar İrfanoğlu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ali Atıf Asya came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Numan Onuk in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Tahir Bayezit came out and tried to block the shot, but Kuddusî Aytolun slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 61st minute. In the 67th minute, Kuddusî Aytolun reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tahir Bayezit. The goal made the score 1-5. Tahir Bayezit acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 71st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Samir Toper. In the 79th minute, Mehdi Arıbaş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th match minute, YILDIZ FOOTBALL CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bülent Akşin to maneuver through the defense.
