With his leg Şükrü Ersevim managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when DESTAN SK's Acun Kökten fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Acun Kökten in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Şükrü Ersevim saved Eminönü from getting behind. Şükrü Ersevim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Acun Kökten, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. DESTAN SK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Oliviero Vuelta in the 10th minute. A nice corner shot did that Oliviero Vuelta got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Şükrü Ersevim quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 12th minute, Acun Kökten reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Şükrü Ersevim. The goal made the score 1-0. Eminönü's Şükrü Ersevim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Eminönü from getting a goal against them. DESTAN SK's Oliviero Vuelta was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Şükrü Ersevim in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 17 minutes into the match, Acun Kökten notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Eminönü's Şükrü Ersevim. Şükrü Ersevim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 20th minute Leszek Burdalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şükrü Ersevim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Şükrü Ersevim was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Acun Kökten's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Şükrü Ersevim was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Adil Kura in the 32nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Eminönü's Mustafa Numan Çetiner. When Oliviero Vuelta came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the DESTAN SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oliviero Vuelta couldn't finish the play. In the 52nd minute, Acun Kökten made a precise shot to the right of Şükrü Ersevim. Eminönü's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. After some careless play in the Eminönü defense, Oliviero Vuelta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Şükrü Ersevim. The Eminönü fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Şükrü Ersevim should have stopped the shot. Şükrü Ersevim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliviero Vuelta in the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute Acun Kökten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şükrü Ersevim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oliviero Vuelta took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Şükrü Ersevim. DESTAN SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Oliviero Vuelta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Şükrü Ersevim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oliviero Vuelta in the 69th managed to get into a good position. Eminönü's Şükrü Ersevim tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Oliviero Vuelta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Şükrü Ersevim having to make a save. 76 minutes into the match, Eminönü's goal looked a bit too open when Oliviero Vuelta came free, but Şükrü Ersevim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 78 minutes, Acun Kökten made it 10-0 with a short kick to the right side. Eminönü's Şükrü Ersevim tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Eminönü's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oliviero Vuelta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 12-0.
