Spectators: 7730 (Terracing: 5799, Seating: 1777, VIP seats: 154) Osmangazi's Eyüp Üstündağ started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Eyüp Üstündağ fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. André Løvsø showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Emin Kayacan in the 6th minute of the match. André Løvsø took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eyüp Üstündağ, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Eyüp Üstündağ took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for André Løvsø to make any attempt to save it. 17 minutes into the match, Malkara SK's goal looked a bit too open when Eyüp Üstündağ came free, but André Løvsø reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Özen Şamil struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. André Løvsø didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Osmangazi. After 22 minutes, Gökçen Ustam mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Osmangazi and the Malkara SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd minute, Gökçen Ustam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Malkara SK's zone, Eyüp Üstündağ stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Løvsø came out of the goal and Eyüp Üstündağ tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Osmangazi booed when Malkara SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sabri Ceviz didn't get a good kick on the ball. André Løvsø stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eyüp Üstündağ's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abdi Adar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. André Løvsø made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eyüp Üstündağ in the 56th minute of play. In the 59th minute Mehmet Emin Kayacan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Løvsø saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Babür Kutlan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yakup Tanören having to interfere. Mehmet Emin Kayacan kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Erkin Rüşti in the 69th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Osmangazi's Mehmet Emin Kayacan. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Asım Okman in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck André Løvsø prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Malkara SK getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Sarper İlbaşı hit a great ball. After 78 played minutes Malkara SK got a freekick which was hit by Erkin Rüşti. Eyüp Üstündağ blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without André Løvsø having to make a save. In the 81st minute Eyüp Üstündağ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Løvsø saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Baturhan Emir fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Osmangazi's protests and gave Baturhan Emir a yellow card for diving instead. In the 84th minute, Baturhan Emir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Malkara SK's André Løvsø played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eyüp Üstündağ in the 91st minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Osmangazi fans cheered their team off the field, for while Malkara SK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
