GENC KARTAL's defense didn't have a chance, in the 4th minute, when Eşref Vahapoğlu scored to the left of an out of position Oğuzalp Ataergin, making the score, 1-0. A collision led to Büyük Vakıf Spor61 getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Haldun Soyurgal hit a great ball. 12 minutes into the match, Eşref Vahapoğlu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Oğuzalp Ataergin, 2-0. GENC KARTAL's Oğuzalp Ataergin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orhan Seyfi Togan in the 15th minute of play. Özer İldeniz kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eşref Vahapoğlu in the 21st minute of play forced GENC KARTAL's goalkeeper Oğuzalp Ataergin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the game, Orhan Seyfi Togan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Oğuzalp Ataergin. Orhan Seyfi Togan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Oğuzalp Ataergin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orhan Seyfi Togan in the 25th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, GENC KARTAL's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eşref Vahapoğlu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. GENC KARTAL's Oğuzalp Ataergin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tan Yetişen in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Orhan Seyfi Togan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Oğuzalp Ataergin. Orhan Seyfi Togan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eşref Vahapoğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Angelo Peruzzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faruk Nafiz Bakırcı in the 52nd minute of the match. Oğuzalp Ataergin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orhan Seyfi Togan in the 54th minute of play. After some careless play in the GENC KARTAL defense, Eşref Vahapoğlu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oğuzalp Ataergin. The GENC KARTAL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oğuzalp Ataergin should have stopped the shot. Oğuzalp Ataergin came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Büyük Vakıf Spor61's Orhan Seyfi Togan. But to his dismay, Orhan Seyfi Togan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Orhan Seyfi Togan sped through GENC KARTAL's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Oğuzalp Ataergin. GENC KARTAL's Oğuzalp Ataergin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tan Yetişen in the 69th minute of play. Batu Cem Akova received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Oğuzalp Ataergin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th match minute, Büyük Vakıf Spor61 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orhan Seyfi Togan to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute, Tan Yetişen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oğuzalp Ataergin was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. Oğuzalp Ataergin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Orhan Seyfi Togan went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. In the 90th minute of the match, Faruk Nafiz Bakırcı tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Angelo Peruzzi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 94 minutes of play, Büyük Vakıf Spor61's Eşref Vahapoğlu made it 12-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oğuzalp Ataergin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Büyük Vakıf Spor61's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
