İstanbul Futbol Kulübü's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Anselmo Burgnich in the 5th minute. Halil Schwinn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Burgnich in the 10th minute of play. Utkan Önateş kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Ceyhun Çırakoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 15th minute of the match Julián Soto shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ion Alungulesei showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Anselmo Burgnich scored 1-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Halil Schwinn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 25 played minutes Berke Fc got a freekick which was hit by Ceyhun Çırakoğlu. İstanbul Futbol Kulübü were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Berke Fc's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Anselmo Burgnich took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Ulu Bozkaya got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Halil Schwinn quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to Berke Fc getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Sungur Sahir hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceyhun Çırakoğlu in the 34th minute of play forced İstanbul Futbol Kulübü's goalkeeper Ion Alungulesei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Süruri Eröz kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Halim Kongur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the match, Berke Fc's goalkeeper Halil Schwinn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by İsmail Hakkı Malgır. After 44 played minutes Berke Fc got a freekick which was hit by Cihat Safih. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ceyhun Çırakoğlu was the one to do the kick off. Cihat Safih was shown his second yellow card after 54 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Cihat Safih hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Halil Schwinn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Burgnich in the 58th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Egemen Niyaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute of the match Anselmo Burgnich sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Halil Schwinn skillfully saved the ball. Anselmo Burgnich sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Hakkı Onur Kadirsah came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Berke Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hakkı Onur Kadirsah couldn't finish the play. The supporters of İstanbul Futbol Kulübü booed when Berke Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Poyraz İftihar didn't get a good kick on the ball. İsmail Hakkı Malgır's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Halil Schwinn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers İsmail Hakkı Malgır in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Halil Schwinn saved Berke Fc from getting behind. İstanbul Futbol Kulübü's attentive Hüsmen Cemre managed to snatch the ball when Halim Kongur made a throw-in in the 86th minute of the game. A collision led to Berke Fc getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Poyraz İftihar hit a great ball. In the 91st match minute, Berke Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ceyhun Çırakoğlu to maneuver through the defense.
