The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tevfik Ünsevin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ahmet Oğuz Evirgen having to make a save. Robustiano Giro might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ahmet Oğuz Evirgen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robustiano Giro ran back to his position shaking his head. Kılıç SK's Ahmet Oğuz Evirgen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdurrezzak Türev in the 11th minute of play. Mathias Gavilanes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yaşar Beyhan in the 12th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Tevfik Ünsevin managed to get in a good position for a shot. A T A B E Y - Fener45's supporters rose to their feet, but Tevfik Ünsevin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Oğuz Evirgen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robustiano Giro in the 22nd minute of play forced Kılıç SK's goalkeeper Ahmet Oğuz Evirgen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 27th play minutes Tevfik Ünsevin shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Ahmet Oğuz Evirgen and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 30th minute Robustiano Giro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Oğuz Evirgen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tevfik Ünsevin in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmet Oğuz Evirgen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 45 minutes into the match, A T A B E Y - Fener45's goalkeeper Mathias Gavilanes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Şenol İmruz. Tevfik Ünsevin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Oğuz Evirgen having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ali Erdem Karataş to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Kılıç SK's Ahmet Oğuz Evirgen got control of the ball when Robustiano Giro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mustafa Arif Salahaddin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, A T A B E Y - Fener45's Ahmet Oğuz Evirgen threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Robustiano Giro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 62nd minute A T A B E Y - Fener45 were awarded a corner. Mustafa Arif Salahaddin went to the cornerflag to take it. Tevfik Ünsevin succeeded in the game's 64th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-5. Namık Oğuzkan hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Ahmet Oğuz Evirgen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the game, Robustiano Giro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ahmet Oğuz Evirgen. Robustiano Giro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. A T A B E Y - Fener45's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
