KALESPOR's Holger Therre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cihangir Onsoy in the 15th minute of play. Holger Therre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cihangir Onsoy in the 17th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Namık Tükelalp in the 21st minute of play forced KALESPOR's goalkeeper Holger Therre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Holger Therre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cihangir Onsoy in the 23rd minute of play. In the 32ndth minute of the game Cihangir Onsoy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KALESPOR's Holger Therre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Palestine's goal looked a bit too open when Gaffar Pektaşi came free, but Jaroslaw Bako reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nabucodonosor Canturri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaroslaw Bako having to interfere. Yusuf Erdoğan hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. A collision led to KALESPOR getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Türker Tanın hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the match, Palestine's Savaşer Ayana sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Holger Therre narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 45 minutes into the match, Palestine's goalkeeper Jaroslaw Bako had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nabucodonosor Canturri.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maarten Boersma to make the kick off. Savaşer Ayana was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 51st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Jaroslaw Bako showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nabucodonosor Canturri, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maarten Boersma in the 57th minute of play forced Palestine's goalkeeper Jaroslaw Bako to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
